Well, this isn't my first attempt at a home page, nor will it be my last. There has, in fact, been a complete re-vamp of this site in the works for well over a year. Maybe next winter when life quiets down I'll finish it. But for right now it's what I have and hopefully it'll be sufficient to keep you at least mildly entertained while I dream up something better.

I last updated this page in 2001 or so. Needless to say, five years later, nothing's happened to it. (January 2006)

	I was born a long time ago at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland. I don't remember the experience, so don't ask what it was like. Probably traumatic.
	I graduated from Atholton High School in 1986. I don't know what more I can say about it.
	I graduated from Old Dominion University in 1990 with a degree in Computer Science. While there, I did research into Computer-Supported Cooperative Work and developed the first version of XTV, a program which allowed the sharing of a single application with a group of remote users.
	My wife Patti has retired from consulting and now stays home taking care of our daughter Rachel.
	My brother Jeff works on the Special Vehicles Team at Ford on souped-up versions of their trucks.
	I have absolutely no connection with Feit Electric or Feit Marketing except that our names match.
	In the summer of 1998, I took up motorcycling, a sport which I've really come to enjoy. That story is here.
	I play guitar and bass. Usually you'll find me in the den playing my Telecaster, but there's also a bass and a few acoustics scattered around the house.
	I currently hold an Advanced-class amateur radio license under the call sign KR4FH. I've been licensed since 1992, but the interest has been there since I was a kid, cutting my teeth on Dad's Hammarlund SP-600. (I'm the one with the headphones.) I'm not on the air much anymore, mostly because the car which has my radio in it is in the garage for some long-overdue repairs and restoration.
	Current wheels: A 2000 Chrysler 300M. Watch this space for a review.
